1) that the personal data you provide when registering with Target Inn, owner of the website www.Targetinn.com , shall be processed in compliance with the aforementioned legislation and with relative confidentiality obligations;

2) that the processing of personal data shall mean, in accordance with art.4 of the Decree, any operation, or set of operations, carried out with or without the help of electronic or automated means, concerning the collection, recording, organisation, keeping, interrogation, elaboration, modification, selection, retrieval, comparison, utilisation, interconnection, blocking, erasure and destruction of data, whether the latter are contained or not in a data bank;

3) that data shall be processed for institutional purposes, connected with or instrumental to our Company's activity, such as storage, processing, billing and, in particular: a) to fulfil legal obligations relating to civil law, fiscal, accounting legislation, etc. for the purposes of handling the administrative side of the relationship established with our company; b) to fulfil contractual, technical support, technical information and post-sales assistance obligations; c) for communication via email, only after you have expressed specific consent at the time of registration, of possible commercial initiatives, announcements of new products, services and offers, promoted by Target Inn and publicised on the website www.Targetinn.com . The sending of emails shall in no way determine the transfer of personal data to third parties.

4) that granting of your data is necessary for standard compliance with the contractual and legal obligations deriving from the judicial relationship existing with Target Inn.

5) that the data are collected in our database and registered in order to ensure sole access by authorised parties, and may be processed in compliance with the aforementioned purposes. We also wish to inform you that any interested party may exercise the rights specified in art.7 of the Decree, which is summarised below:

The interested party has the right to obtain confirmation of the existence or otherwise of personal data concerning him or her, even though it may not yet have been recorded, and to have it communicated in an intelligible form.
The interested party is also entitled to obtain information about: a) the origin of the personal data; b) the purposes and the methods of the handling; c) the logic applied in the case of handling carried out with the aid of electronic instruments; d) the identification details of the owner, the people responsible and the appointed representative; e) the people or categories of people to whom the data may be communicated or who may become aware of it as appointed State area representatives, managers or people given specific tasks.

The interested party is also entitled to obtain: a) updates or corrections of the data or, if it should concern him or her, additions to the data; b) cancellation, transformation into an anonymous form or blocking of data handled in breach of the law, including the data which does not need to be kept for the purposes of the aims for which the data has been collected or subsequently handled; c) a declaration that the operations referred to under a) and b) have been brought to the notice, also as regards their content, of those to whom the data has been communicated or broadcast, except in the case where compliance with this is found to be impossible or involves the use of means that are manifestly out of proportion compared with the right being safeguarded.

The interested party is entitled to object, entirely or in part: a) for legitimate reasons, to the handling of personal data regarding him or her, even though it may be pertinent to the aim of the data collection; b) to the handling of personal data regarding him or her for the purposes of sending publicity material, as expressly specified in point 3, section c).
